Get VTS Certified
There are two tracks in the Get VTS Certified program - Broker and Admin (Landlord). Each one is broken down into three tiers;
- Fundamentals: Learn your way around the VTS platform and master the basics.
- Advanced: Learn what you need to succeed in your role.
- Expert: Learn every part of VTS and become a VTS champion!

What do I get?
After completing the courses and exam for each level, you will receive a badge. After completing the Fundamentals level, you will also receive an email signature banner.

How do I claim my Badges?
Downloadable badge and email signature
The downloadable badge and email signature are available as additional training material after completing the Fundamentals Exam. Simply click on the material to start the download. Additional downloadable badges are available after completing the Advanced and Expert level exams.
Shareable badges
You can also share Badges earned on VTS Academy via social media. To locate your badges, you can either:
- Navigate to the Achievements center via the trophy icon in the top right corner.
A fly-out panel will appear, with your recently earned badges and leaderboard status. Click Badges to navigate to the My badges and points center.
2. Navigate to the homepage and then scroll down to the Badges and Leaderboard section. Click on My Awarded Badges.
Once you are in the My badges and points center, choose the badge you want to share from your list of awarded badges. Then click Share Badge, and choose the social media platform you want to share your badge to. A new window will appear, where you can add a message before sharing.
Download and view Certificate
On the homepage, scroll down to your My Activities portal.
Once there, navigate to the Learning Plans tab. On the right, you will see ribbons next to your completed VTS Certified tracks. Click on the ribbon to download your certificate of completion.
